  • Armodafinil can be quite addictive. Do not misuse it. Do not give it away to a person with a history of drug abuse or drug addiction. Selling or giving away any medicine is against the law. Keep the drug away from children and animals.
  • Store it at room temperature away from moisture and heat.

The patients with narcolepsy should consume Nuvigil dosage from 150 to 250 mg in the morning once in a day

Usual Adult Dose for Shift Work Sleep Disorder

Consume 150 mg of Nuvigil orally approximately 1-hour before starting the work shift once in a day.


Overdosing must be avoided at any cost. The symptoms of overdose include nausea, diarrhea, confusion, restlessness or excitement, fast and slow heart rate, chest pain, trouble sleeping or hallucinations. It is advised to take the help of the doctor if you have to face any of those.


Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Do not consume it if it is almost your bedtime. This will make it difficult for you to fall asleep. Resume to your normal scheduled doses. You should not take an extra pill, however, just to make up for the missed doses.
